State data may appear to depict Rio Arriba County, with 14 positive cases of Coronavirus so far, as in better shape than neighboring counties. However, the actual number of positive cases is likely to be far higher, because as of April 30, less than 3 percent of the County’s population had been tested, and there is no evidence so far that once a person recovers from COVID-19, they cannot contract the virus again, according to the World Health Organization.
