Borrego’s Husband Indicted

(SUNfoto by Lou Mattei) Kathy Borrego pleaded guilty in February to writing her husband, Jerry Archuleta, a $28,000 Jemez Mountain School District check knowing he was not entitled to that money. A grand jury indicted Archuleta last week on felony charges for tax evasion and for paying or receiving public money for services not rendered.
