(SUNfoto by George Morse) Española Valley High Schools’s Elana Salazar goes for a kill against Los Alamos High School in the Lady Sundevils' 25-19, 25-15, 25-22 victory over the Lady Hilltoppers, Oct. 25 at Española. The win gave Española its second consecutive regular season District 2AAAAA title and earned the Lady Sundevils a spot in the Class 5A state volleyball tournament. Salazar finished the game with 14 kills.
